Initially, to meet our own needs, we developed powder coating technology in our company: made to outlast, which was later expanded to include PVD 2.0 technology: made to outshine. PVD 2.0. Coating
Meanwhile, the application of coatings using the new PVD 2.0 technology allows us to achieve a dense and compact coating with a robust and resistant atomic structure, offering excellent mechanical and chemical durability (friction and salt spray resistance). An additional advantage of the coatings obtained through this process is the use of metals that are not harmful to health or the environment (e.g., replacing hexavalent chromium used in electroplating with zero-valent chromium).

is carried out on a semi-automatic line, whose core is a pass-through automated booth by GEMA. It is equipped with the latest technological solutions designed to maintain strict technological standards, ensuring the repeatability of applied coatings and, consequently, meeting the quality requirements of our clients. The integrated cooperating devices ensure a stable powder output during the coating application and continuous paint recovery during the painting process.

The PVD 2.0 technology enables the use of a wide range of natural and reactive metallic colors (such as gold, copper, and black, including various effects like chrome). Due to the properties of the resulting coatings, the coated components have a broad range of applications, from decorative and decorative-functional elements to technical and industrial uses, culminating in luxury goods.
