Made to outlast.- A fully integrated powder coating facility is built on systems for transportation, washing, painting, and polymerization of components. These systems are designed to ensure high efficiency, precision, and repeatability of processes.




The washing process utilizes an advanced, multifunctional device that precisely prepares steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces. Washing occurs in three stages: degreasing with specialized detergents, rinsing, and applying a polymer coating. After washing, the components are automatically dried in a dedicated chamber, which stabilizes the applied microparticles, ensuring optimal surface quality.




Painting is carried out in an automated pass--through booth, where precision paint application is managed by manipulators working in conjunction with an optical gate. The booth is equipped with the Magic Control CM-40 interface, which oversees the entire painting process, including the paint recovery system.




The final stage of the powder coating process is surface curing in a polymerization oven. This involves heating the painted components, triggering a chemical reaction that forms a durable, damage--resistant coating. The oven, with working dimensions of 8000x1500x2200 mm, provides great flexibility in terms of the size and quantity of components being coated.

Eco-Friendly Process: Powder coating is an environmentally friendly choice. It does not use solvents or release volatile organic compounds (VOCs), reducing air pollution and minimizing environmental impact. The powder is applied with high transfer efficiency, ensuring that nearly all of it adheres to the surface, further reducing waste.

From vibrant hues and metallic shines to matte and textured surfaces, the process allows for precise customization tailored to diverse design needs.
